Meet Our Staff
Manager of Student Engagement and Recreation
Jennifer began her college career here at Ohio State Mansfield, then transitioned to Columbus to finish her degree. Due to her wonderful experiences with this campus, she headed back home and applied for a position on campus. Years later, she is still here, loving her job creating positive, fun-filled experiences for students.
Racer started her career on the Mansfield Campus in the Campus Recreation Center as an Assistant Coordinator. She served as Interim Coordinator for two and a half years, then returned to duties as an Assistant for family reasons for seven years. She is now the Manager of Student Engagement and Recreation. She manages the Department of Student Engagement, the Department of Recreation and the Department of Diversity and Inclusion.
She leads a team that plans several Student Engagement activities, helps supervise office operations and facilities and helps coordinate our special event weeks. She also coordinates wellness activities and fitness classes as well as the Outdoor Recreation Program. Over the years, she has served on several university boards and committees including the Executive Committee, Mansfield Staff Advisory Council, Faculty-Staff Programming Committee, Welcome Week Committee, Homecoming Committee, and the Recreational Event Committee.
She is a member of the Ohio Recreational Sports Association as well as the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association. Racer obtained a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.

Kidron coordinates many opportunities for involvement, including Campus Activities Board, student organizations, leadership programming, activities in the Student Union, community involvement, Homecoming, and so much more.
When not spending time at Ohio State Mansfield, Kidron enjoys obsessing over the Cleveland Browns, Guardians, and Cavaliers (and obviously the Ohio State Buckeyes, too!).
