To align with our mission of affordability and accessibility, we're covering the $60 application fee for first-year applicants who apply directly to a regional campus between October 1 and December 1. Our regional campuses are dedicated to providing Ohio students and families with an excellent college education at one of the lowest tuition rates in the state.
Just enter fee waiver code RCW2026 when prompted in the online application to your regional campus of choice by December 1.
You are considered a new student if you have never enrolled at a college or university after high school graduation. Students with College Credit Plus credit are considered freshmen.
You are a transfer student if you have attended or are attending a college or university after graduating from high school.
All transcripts are to be sent to ugdocs@osu.edu. Transcripts delivered to the Mansfield campus in person or electronically by a counselor or student, can not be considered official. If a transcript can’t be electronically sent, transcripts may be mailed to:

You are a high school student wanting to attend Ohio State Mansfield while in high school, an extended education or transient student, a student wanting to change campuses, or a returning student.
High school student who wishes to take Ohio State classes while in high school: Apply to Ohio State's post-secondary program: The Ohio State Academy.
If you are a student completing prerequisites for a graduate or professional degree; a student from another college who wants to transfer Ohio State credit to another degree program; or an adult student who wants to take undergraduate courses (non-degree enrollment), apply through the Office of Distance Education and eLearning .
