The tutors we hire in the Conard Learning Center are prospective and current OSU students. Full-time hiring is initially based on skills in Mathematics and/or Writing, but then also on skills in other subjects. Full-time Math tutors may work anywhere from 1-15 hours each week. Part-time tutors are also hired to lead study tables for a few hours each week for subjects other than math. Popular subjects that tutors assist with are chemistry, physics, biology, foreign languages and psychology.
