Adulting 101: Where Does My Time Go? Making sense of your schedule.

College offers many opportunities, but balancing classes, studying, work, friends, campus involvement, and personal interests can be challenging. In this interactive session, students will complete a time audit to identify how they currently spend their time and discover what time remains for academic and personal commitments. By creating a "time budget," students will gain a clearer understanding of their priorities, learn strategies for effective time management, and develop a realistic plan for achieving success both inside and outside the classroom. This is a valuable skill for students as they adjust to the increased independence and responsibilities of college life.
