The Ohio State University at Mansfield is looking for outstanding alumni to be nominated for its annual Alumni Hall of Fame Awards. The program honors graduates who have contributed significantly to their professions and communities.
The winners will be announced at the Alumni Awards and Scholarship Luncheon at Westbrook Country Club on March 21, 2024.
“The Alumni Hall of Fame is a way for the campus to first, recognize our regional alumni and their great works, and second, help connect these alumni and their stories with our students,” said Ohio State Mansfield Development Director Cindy Wood.
Individuals may be nominated for one of two awards:
Alumni Hall of Fame
- The nominee must have completed a minimum of 15 credit hours at Ohio State Mansfield
- The nominee must have graduated from The Ohio State University 20 or more years ago.
- The nominee must be an advocate of the university and regarded as a community leader with a record of sustained professional recognition and involvement in the community.
Emerging Alumni Award
- The nominee must have completed a minimum of 15 credit hours at Ohio State Mansfield
- The nominee must have graduated from The Ohio State University no more than ten years ago.
- The nominee must be an advocate of the university and have demonstrated distinctive achievement in a career, civic involvement or both.
Nominations for the Ohio State Mansfield alumni awards programs will be accepted at any time, but must be submitted no later than February 9, 2024 using the link below. We ask that nominators submit a resume or CV, with at least two letters of recommendation for their candidates.
The selection committee will select the final honorees.

The names of persons nominated but not selected will be kept on file. Nominators may update the file annually if they desire. The nominators and endorsers will be invited to attend the luncheon.
