Adam Grant has been Wharton's top-rated professor for seven straight years and is a leading expert on how we can find motivation and meaning, and live more generous and creative lives. He has been recognized as one of the world's 10 most influential management thinkers and Fortune's 40 under 40. His TED talks have been viewed over 15 million times. He is the author of three New York Times bestselling books including the #1 best seller, ​Option B,​ with Sheryl Sandberg. He currently hosts "WorkLife", a TED original podcast. Students interact with the speakers via Twitter and Facebook during the broadcast. The event is open to all students, members and non-members, and community guests. No ticket is required to attend. ​Join fellow students, faculty, and staff as we explore different facets of diversity and how we can be more inclusive with the language we use. Each session covers a specific set of identities and includes group discussion in an informal environment. Bring your lunch and join us!

Giving Thanks Dinner at Ohio State Mansfield

November 14, 2018, 5:00 p.m.
​Join us for our annual Giving Thanks Dinner catered by Ontario Event Center. The menu includes turkey breast with Cranberry Sauce, Broccoli/Craisin Salad, Old Fashioned Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans w/Almonds, Savory Sage Stuffing, Turkey Gravy, Dinner Rolls & Butter, Homemade Cakes and Pies, and a beverage. Students of Ohio State Mansfield can receive one free ticket for the meal simply by presenting their validated student ID in the Eisenhower Student Union, 2nd floor of the Eisenhower Center by 5:00 pm on Monday, November 5. Doors will open at 5:00 pm and the serving line will be open 5:30-6:30 pm. General admission tickets are $10 for adults ages 12 older, and $6 for children ages 11 years and younger. Tickets for the event are available in 156 Riedl Hall (Business Office) Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm through Monday, November 5. No tickets will be available at the door.
