In order to ensure smooth processing into our Administrative HR System, please go the the New Hires page and fill in the forms in ink and return to the Mansfield Campus Office of Human Resources, 1760 University Drive, Mansfield, Ohio 44906.
If you are working in a benefits-eligible appointment, you will receive a benefits enrollment pack directly from the Columbus campus once your appointment is processed in the HR System. You will have 30 days from the receipt of the packet to make your benefit selections.
