Comedian Francisco Ramos (TAG)

Tuesday, September 12, 12:30-1:30 pm, Eisenhower Student Union, 2nd floor Eisenhower Center

Join us for the first Tuesday Afternoon Get-together (TAG) event of the year when we welcome comedian Francisco Ramos to campus. Ramos is a bicultural and bilingual comedian who's performed in both English and Spanish. He made it to the top 10 finalists on NBC's "Last Comic Standing." You can also see him on Maria Bamford's Netflix show "Lady Dynamite." In July of 2016 he won Cozi TV's Comedy Search and was selected to perform at the Lucille Ball Comedy Fest. He's also appeared in the Byron Allen Show "First Family," Jimmy Kimmel Live and Comedy Central's @Midnight. He has also used his voice to create memorable characters in animation as the voice of the King Marmoset in the movie "RIO" as well as for the film "Marmaduke." Francisco moved to the States from Venezuela as a teenager. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a double major in Finance and International Business, he discovered his true love was comedy. His parents didn't find that too funny, but when you catch his act, you will! Free Subway for all in attendance.
