As an employer, you are interested in recruiting the best and brightest college graduates available. Since 1986, The Ohio State University at Mansfield has been helping employers reduce risk in annual hiring decisions with the Internship program. The program was designed to bring together north central Ohio employers and highly qualified students in a cooperative work partnership. Through internships, employers can economically pre-screen qualified job applicants in the on-the-job setting without an obligation to hire that student after graduation. Employers can hire students for as few as 12 weeks.
