Occasionally, it may be necessary to ask a faculty or staff member to assume extra duties for supplemental compensation. Under no circumstances will such duties be required, nor may they be allowed if they would interfere with regular duties. Supplemental compensation may not exceed 20% of the annual salary in any twelve-month period.
Supplemental Compensation forms for OSU service will be completed by the Human Resources. The faculty or staff member will be contacted to sign the form.
