Classrooms are scheduled by the Associate Dean. Please do not use a classroom without checking with the Associate Dean on availability. Failure to properly reserve rooms could lead to nasty and embarrassing conflicts. The cooperation of everyone is important, because our space is very limited at certain times of the day.
To reserve space that is not a classroom, please contact the switchboard. Special setups require ten days advance notice and the completion of a setup form available at the switchboard.
Some conference rooms have sign-up calendars on the doors. If you sign the calendar, there is no need to contact anyone else.
