Contracts

All contracts are subject to approval of the Columbus Campus Purchasing Director and/or Legal Services in Columbus.

The Director of Purchasing is the only person who can sign contracts or designate signing authority.  NO ONE in Mansfield has this authority.  Signing a contract on behalf of the University without proper authority can find the signer personally responsible for the goods or services.
