Course Objectives: To study personal eating habits and physical fitness. To incorporate healthy habits into personal lifestyle.
Course Content: One day of lecture and three days of aerobic activities. We will evaluate personal nutrition and how to improve it.
Method of Presentation: Lecture will study theory and activity days will apply theories.
Method of Evaluation: Attendance, quizzes, nutrition report and final exam. Although you sign up for two classes, 147 & 148.05, you will receive one grade for both.
