Course Objectives: Describe and evaluate the historical and cultural viewpoints of psychological disorders 2.Compare and contrast the symptoms of psychological disorders 3. Describe the clinical picture and discuss clinical assessment of the major psychological disorders

Course Content: We will review the signs and symptoms of the major psychological disorders. Also, we will review evidence based treatments and research developments

Method of Presentation: Lecture and discussion with occasional films, demonstrations, etc.

Method of Evaluation: Three regular exams and one research paper
