Course Objectives: The goals of this course are : to learn how to take an active role in the career planning process; to identify your current interests, values, skills, and personality preferences; to learn how to explore relevant educational and career alternatives; to examine the internal and external factors that relate to educational/academic & career choices; to accept your "career confusion" as part of the process; to develop a plan for reaching self-determined goals; to leam some basic job-seeking skills.

Course Content: Career Exploring & Planning

Method of Presentation: PowerPoint presentations, class discussion - small group, video presentations

Method of Evaluation: Homework assignments, attendance, class participation. NO EXAMS
